Darren is a Mining Engineer with over 20 year's operational, technical and management experience in the resources industry.  Most recently he was Managing Director of an ASX listed emerging iron ore producer, where he increased the company’s market value from $10M on commencement to in excess of a billion dollars in two years. Prior to this he was Group Mining Engineer - Australia for one of the world's largest gold producers, Gold Fields which included a 3 year stint managing one of Australia’s largest underground and open cut mining divisions.

Ray has over 30 years’ experience in the underground mining industry and has worked in various management roles for high profile companies such as WMC and GBF Underground Mining. This experience, as well as day-to-day exposure to the underground machinery market, ensures that accurate valuations are given. Ray regularly attends mining-related auctions and is actively involved in mining equipment tenders.

Pat brings a wealth of knowledge and over 20 years’ experience in underground hard rock mining and tunnelling to ET. Pat has worked in various positions in the underground mining industry, from air leg mining to diesel mining and managing over 150 miners on a daily basis. Pat's knowledge of mine site requirements and needs provides superior support to clients, ensuring increased productivity and minimum down time. Pat manages all aspects of the rapidly growing ET Hire department.

Rob is a heavy duty fitter by trade and has over 15 years’ experience in both open pit and underground mining. Rob has managed the workshops of many mine sites and managed his own mobile fitting and civil works plant hire business in Queensland. Rob’s wealth of experience ensures that our clients’ requirements are met in time and on budget.

Shane spent a number of years in the Goldfields working in underground decline operations.  He commenced as a shift fitter and progressed through to charge up and machine operation.  In recent years he has worked in business to business sales and management roles with a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service.

Gary has worked in the underground and surface mining industry for over 25 years, leading the maintenance departments of many of the industry's leading companies. Most recently, Gary completed a successful stint with Atlas Copco Mining Division as the Regional Service Manager. Gary’s strong dedication towards exceeding customer expectations has seen him credited with setting new standards in the industry and the ET Maintenance Department. 

Frank manages the company’s financial day to day needs. He also is instrumental in developing plans for both the short term and long term success of the business. Frank has over 30 years of Management experience having been part of a major Australian Financial Institution, were he worked in many varied roles leaving at Senior Management status and joining the ET team. Frank has worked closely with many large mining companies in supporting their company financial management commitments.

Ravi has over 10 years experience in Marketing and Events, having set up and managed a large Events company, Ravi moved on to work in various Marketing Management roles interstate and aboard. Ravi brings a deep knowledge of strategic business to business marketing to the company.
